1. The Longest journey by Motorbike in a Single Country by Individual

The longest journey by motorbike in a single country (individual) is 132,928 Kilometer and was achieved by Dana D’Arcy (USA) in the USA, from 3 April 2022 to 5 August 2022. She completed this journey in 125 days on a 2020 Harley Davidson and drove averaged over 1060 kilometers a day.

2. The Longest Motorcycle Burnout

The longest motorcycle burnout was was recently achieved by Joe Dryden (USA) at Orlando Speed World in Orlando, Florida, measuring 3.58 Km. Joe obtained this record by “The Victory Octane”  motorbike that has the 104 horsepower 1200cc V-Twin that can run a 0.42 km in 12 seconds and go for 0 to 60 mph in under in just 4 seconds.

3. The Longest Motorcycle

The longest motorcycle is set to be 26.29 m (86 ft 3 in) long and was created by Bharat Singh Parmar from India. It was presented and measured at Lakota lake, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, on 22 January 2014. Bharat’s bike is more than 4 m (13 ft) longer than the previous record holder’s. To ensure that his super-stretched motorcycle would be able to perform like a conventional motorbike, Bharat rode it along a road for 100 m (328 ft) without putting his feet down.

4. The Longest Motorcycle Journey in Ice road

The longest motorcycle journey on ice (off-road) is 743.43 km and was achieved by Kevin Emans (UK), on Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russian Federation, on 22 February 2020. Kevin achieved the record by driving his KTM 500 EXC along the entire length of frozen Lake Baikal in Siberia, where temperatures can be as low as -40 degree Celsius, and the ice is just 10 cm thick in parts.

5. The Fastest Speed on Tandem Motorcycle

The fastest speed on a tandem motorcycle is 295.31 km/h and was achieved by Allen Millyard and Henry Cole (both UK) at Elvington, North Yorkshire, UK, on 25 May 2023. The pair achieved this using a one-off hand-made 8000cc Millyard Viper V10 motorcycle. The previous record of 291.98 km/h (181.42 mph) had not been broken in over 10 years.

6. The Longest Motorcycle backflip by Female

The longest motorcycle backflip by a woman measured 12.36 m (40 ft 7 in) and was completed by Jolene Van Vugt (Canada) at Godfrey Trucking/Rocky Mountain Raceway in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, on 17 November 2008 for the MTV show ‘Nitro Circus’ on a RM125 Two Stroke Yamaha motor cross bike. This is the first time a woman has been recorded successfully completing a backflip on a motorcycle.

7. The Longest Standing Jump on a Motorcycle

The record for the longest standing jump on a motorcycle is 4 m 26 cm (13 ft 11 in) and is held by Michele Pradelli (Italy) who achieved the record on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 25 April 2009. The distance was measured from the starting point to the last jump point.

8. The World’s Oldest Motorcycle Racer

At the age of 97 – three weeks before his 98th birthday – Leslie Harris (New Zealand) raced at the Pukekohe 43rd Classic Motorcycle Festival in Auckland, making him the world’s oldest competitive motorcycle racer in 2019. He competed alongside his eldest son, Rod, aged 64, and his 21-year-old granddaughter, Olivia. He had previously won this event in 2019 at aged 93, however, he faced several setbacks which prevented him from competing again.

9. The longest non-stop motorcycle ride – No Hands 

The longest non-stop motorcycle ride – no hands is 297.99 km, and was achieved by Shelton “Big Red Machine” Foster and was equaled by Mike “Brick” Wall (both USA) at MSR Speedway in Angleton, Texas, USA, on 9 May 2017. Shelton, as President, and Mike, as Vice President, of the Red River Chapter of the Reguladores Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, attempted this record to raise awareness for the Domestic Abuse Resistance Team (DART) and PTSD combat veterans. They accomplished this feat on Harley Davidson Electra Glides riding in sync on the same track.

10.The Most Circle Wheelies on a Motorcycle in One minute

The most circle wheelies on a motorcycle in one minute is 36 and was achieved by Sarunas Kezys (Lithuania) during RAK Road Riders in association with Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, on 24 March 2018. Three riders were allowed an attempt at this record but only one exceeded the minimum.
