Nepal General Marketing Private Limited (NGM) was established in 2012 under the leadership of Chairman Abheek Jyoti and Vice-Chairman Suruchi Jyoti. It was appointed as the sole authorized distributor of Hero MotoCorp Ltd for Nepal on 26th September 2012. NGM is not only responsible for selling Hero products but also provides after-sales support of spare parts and service. NGM has its roots in the Jyoti Group of Companies. A group established by Maniharsha Jyoti in the 1940s. The group offers a diverse range of products and services, ranging from core industries such as iron, steel, and textile yarn to providing finance and travel-related services. It also has investments in hydropower, non-life insurance, and the hospital sector. NGM is an off-shoot of Syakaar Company Ltd, a Jyoti Group company established in 1976. Syakaar Company Ltd was the authorized distributor of Hero Honda motorcycles from 1986. NGM continues on its Syakaar legacy, trailblazing the two-wheeler industry. Today, it continues to grow and has its retail outlets and service stations spread across the nation.
